1. Our security philosophy

Intelligly handles customer data, prospect information and sometimes voice recordings. Security is a baseline requirement, not an add-on. Our AI always identifies itself as AI on calls, and we never train public models on your data.

2. Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is stored encrypted with our cloud providers. Passwords, API keys and other secrets are never stored in client code or version control.

3. Access control

We enforce row-level security (RLS) in the database, so a user only sees and modifies data belonging to their own organization. Authentication uses proven OAuth and JWT primitives. Administrative access is restricted to a small set of roles and audited.

4. AI and data isolation

Every customer's agents operate in an isolated context. The AI only replies from approved source material and escalates unclear queries to a human. We do not use customer data to train foundation models or share insights across customers.

5. Anti-spam and abuse

Lead intake and outbound communication use rate limiting, deduplication and abuse controls. Sequence engines respect replies and terminate contact after the final attempt, in line with GDPR and marketing best practices.

6. Subprocessors

We use established cloud providers and data processors. All contracts include clear security requirements and DPAs. We review our supplier chain continuously.

7. Incidents

Any incident is documented and investigated immediately. Affected customers and supervisory authorities are notified in accordance with applicable law.

8. Compliance

We design the platform in line with the GDPR, ePrivacy and IT-security best practices. Customers sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) before customer data is processed.

9. Reporting

Security questions or vulnerability reports? Email hello@intelligly.io. We handle reports responsibly and respond as quickly as we can.
