Intelligly AB (“Intelligly”, “we”, “us”) operates a platform for autonomous AI sales agents. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use our website, service, or contact us.
2. What we collect
We only collect data required to deliver, improve, and secure the service:
- Contact details — name, email, phone, company, and title when you submit a form or join the beta.
- Customer data — information you connect to the service, e.g. prospect lists, CRM data, recorded calls, and email conversations.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, device, and interactions with the site, used for security, operations, and debugging.
- Communications — emails, support tickets, and other correspondence with us.
3. Purposes
We process personal data to:
- deliver and operate the service;
- contact you about pilots, demos, or support;
- secure the service and prevent abuse;
- improve the product and user experience;
- meet legal and contractual obligations.
4. Legal basis
- Contract — when data is needed to perform our agreement with you.
- Consent — when you voluntarily submit data (e.g. an interest form).
- Legitimate interest — for security, operations, and product improvement.
- Legal obligation — when required by law.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Customer data is deleted or anonymized when the agreement ends and any legal obligations have been met.
6. Third parties
We never sell personal data. We share data only with carefully selected processors required to run the service (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics). All processors are bound by contract and process data only on our instructions.
7. Security
We use encryption, strict access control, row-level security in the database, and continuous monitoring. No AI model is trained on your data without your explicit consent. Read more on our security page.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may:
- request access to your data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- request erasure under certain conditions;
- object to or restrict processing;
- request portability;
- withdraw consent at any time.

9. Cookies
We use only necessary cookies and anonymous analytics to keep the site secure and understand how it is used. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or targeted advertising.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced by email or in-product at least 30 days before taking effect.
