Terms of Service — Intelligly

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of services provided by Intelligly (“Intelligly”, “we”, “us”). By entering an agreement, creating an account, or using the service, you accept these Terms.

2. The service

Intelligly is a platform for autonomous AI sales agents that perform prospecting, multichannel outreach, and meeting booking for B2B sales teams. The service includes a central Company Brain, integrations with customer tools, and configurable sequences.

3. Eligibility and account

You confirm you are at least 18 and authorized to enter agreements for your organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for all activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

send illegal, deceptive, or harmful communications;
violate GDPR, ePrivacy, or other direct-marketing law;
reverse-engineer, copy, or resell parts of the service;
upload content you don't own the rights to;
disrupt operations or bypass security.

Our AI always identifies itself as AI on calls — this cannot be disabled.

5. Customer data and privacy

You retain all rights to your data. We process it under our Privacy Policy and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We never train public models on your data.

6. Fees and payment

Prices and terms are set out in the quote or order confirmation. Invoices are due 30 days after invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late interest applies per the Swedish Interest Act.

7. Term and termination

The agreement runs as stated in the order confirmation. Either party may terminate with one month's notice before renewal. We may suspend the service immediately for material breach, abuse, or unpaid invoices.

8. Intellectual property

The service — including source code, models, prompts, and design — belongs to Intelligly. You receive a non-exclusive, time-limited right to use the service during the term.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party claims. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failure caused by events outside their control, e.g. war, government action, cyberattacks, or subprocessor outages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-product at least 30 days before taking effect.

12. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes should first be resolved by dialogue. Otherwise they are finally settled by the Stockholm District Court.
